MyMail, Ltd. filed suit against major Internet Service Providers alleging infringement of its patent protecting user provisioning for Internet access.
“Our invention is widely used by Internet Service Providers,” said Bob Derby, Managing Partner of MyMail. “We offer our patented technology for a fair royalty, and we are prepared to enforce our patents through litigation if necessary.”
Defendants in the suit filed in Tyler, Texas, are America Online, AT&T, NetZero, Juno, NetBrands, Earthlink, SBC Communications and Verizon.
